Monique Lhuillier accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear and bridal gowns are subject to specific inspection criteria to ensure the preservation of delicate fabrics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
