Bridal and evening gowns are often made-to-order. Standard shipping for these pieces typically takes 12 to 16 weeks, while ready-to-wear items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Monique Lhuillier ships to most global destinations. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order value.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bridal gowns and custom orders are final sale.
How can I find my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since our garments follow luxury couture sizing, we recommend comparing your measurements to our guide or visiting a boutique for a professional fitting.
Can I request alterations for my online order?
Online orders do not include alteration services. However, we can recommend authorized tailors or you may visit one of our flagship boutiques for a fitting appointment for an additional fee.
